Responsible Referee is Wanted

  1. Shenzhen International Amateur Football League (known as SIAFL) is opening vacancy for referees for Monday evening games.

    Experience and skills needed:
    • MUST have at least one year experience as football player, coach or referee.
    • Thorough knowledge of the football rules.
    • Strong assessment skills.
    • Be assertive, friendly and tactful.
    • Have strong communication, collaborative and diplomacy skills.
    • Coaching or refferee licences holders will have prefferences.

    Requirements:
    • Available on most of Mondays Monday 8:15 to 10:30pm in Futian and Nanashan.
    • Be healthy and fit.
    • Be fair, punctual and precise.
    • Working in SZ.

    Duties:
    • Contribute to SIAFL community.
    • Plan assigned matches.
    • Print match sheet and bring it to the game.
    • Protect Laws of the Game.
    • Check players and equipment list before kick off.
    • Report match results on official web site.

    Conditions: 
    • The biggest foreign sport community in Shenzhen.
    • Stable matches and schedule.
    • 150rmb per match.
    • Provide SIAFL Refeeree uniform.
